These groundnuts are known for their larger kernel size compared to other varieties, making them highly sought after in the food manufacturing industry. Grades: Bold Kernel Groundnuts are available in several grades, each representing a range of kernel sizes. The grades are determined based on the number of kernels per ounce (28.35 grams) and are as follows: 35/40, 38/42, 40/45, 45/50, 45/55, 60/70, 70/80.

Bold Kernel Groundnuts

Bold kernel groundnuts, often referred to as Virginia peanuts, are mostly farmed in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra in India. About 70–80% of the nation's total output is produced in Gujarat.

Bold kernels are extensively utilised for snacks due to their enormous size and sweet taste

they are also used to extract peanut butter and oil. The majority of India's bold kernel exports are to Middle Eastern, European, and American countries.There are the following grade ranges: 35/40, 38/42, 40/45, 45/50, 45/55, 60/70, and 70/80.

Java Kernel

The java groundnut is also known as java or Spanish peanuts.India contributes between 30% and 40% of the world's supply of java peanuts.

They are primarily grown in Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu in southern India. A 50–60% share of java peanuts are used to make peanut butter because of their small kernel size and high oil yield.

For the creation of peanut butter, the US and EU import the majority of java peanuts, whereas the middle east and southeast asia use the java kernel in food and snacks.

Java peanuts come in the following grades: 40/50, 45/55, 60/70, 70/80, 80/90, and 100/120.

Redskin Kernel

Red skin kernel groundnuts, sometimes known as red skin peanuts, are grown mostly in Gujarat state, and between 30% and 40% of the world's supply comes from India.

About 60% to 70% of India's red skin peanut production comes from Gujarat.

Due to this competence, red skin peanuts are in high demand both domestically and abroad.

Red skin peanuts are useful in a variety of culinary uses, including peanut butter, chutneys, sauces, and garnishes.
